Terms of Service

Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of server and hosting services provided by MBY Technology Ltd. to the customer purchasing them.

Service activation

Services start once the order is placed through the Console and payment is confirmed.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

Payment and renewal

Fees are charged in advance for the selected period. Services not renewed on time may be suspended and deleted after a certain period.

Service level

The Company makes reasonable efforts to meet the stated availability target for each service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limitation of liability

The customer is responsible for backing up their own data. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant period.

Termination

Either party may terminate through the Console or by written notice. Services may be suspended immediately in case of a breach of these terms.
